Compliance - Guidelines

Compliance - this buzzword means the internal adherence to legal and corporate requirements and rules of conduct - has always been a matter of course in our company and is becoming increasingly important due to the many legal regulations and external requirements placed on the company. The management has therefore decided to introduce a compliance management system in our company, starting in 2013.
This compliance management system therefore serves to prevent breaches of the rules; it can also be described as an internal control system, whereby it is very important that it is also lived in the company and does not just exist on paper!
All areas of the business and working world are affected, both inside and outside the company, for example
- Gifts and invitations
- Bribery and corruption
- Conflicts of interest in the case of "free trade"
- Procurement and antitrust law
- Protecting business secrets and data protection
- Responsible handling of company property
- Health and safety protection
- Employee protection
- Discrimination and bullying, etc.
We have set out the key guidelines and principles for conduct in line with our values and the law in our Code of Conduct and expect all employees and our business partners to act ethically and with integrity in every situation. In this way, we make a sustainable contribution to our company and our environment.
So always remember: it's up to us!
