Description of the wall construction

The monoblock element consists of two sheet steel shells, which are fully connected to each other by means of an EPS core. The elements are placed end to end.

Cladding and surface

High-quality corrosion-protected sheet metal. All visible surfaces powder-coated using a stoving process based on polyester and epoxy resins. Average coating thickness 80 µm, minimum 64 µm. The surface is completely smooth with a low gloss level, other coating techniques (fine structure, etc.) are possible. The surface is abrasion-resistant, easy to clean and resistant to repeated cleaning with commercially available disinfectants and cleaning agents and can withstand fumigation with hydrogen peroxide. Components made of pre-coated material are not used! All visible components are coated after mechanical processing, such as punching and edging! All materials, except seals, are non-flammable Color: RAL of choice AG

Standard dimensions

Shell thickness

  • Sheet thickness: 0.9 mm

Wall thickness

  • 80 mm
  • Special thicknesses are possible

Wall width

  • Standard grid 1200
  • Grid dimension freely selectable from 200 - 1450 mm

Wall height

  • up to 3800 mm without horizontal division
  • Over 3800 mm with attached panels (horizontal joint)

Glazing

Solid wall

Double glazing with 2 x ESG 6 mm (toughened safety glass) Cut-outs for glazing are made on site. The cut edges are concealed with the inserted glass frames. The glass is glued flush into the inserted glass frames on both sides and permanently elastically grouted; the glazing can be easily replaced without removing the wall element.
Glass interior permanently dust- and fog-free, with all-round passe-partout in RAL color as desired.

All-glass wall

Single glazing 1 x ESG 12 mm (toughened safety glass)

Installation as a complete wall element. The glass panes are inserted in the middle and joined with permanently elastic joints; the glazing can be easily replaced without removing the wall element.

Media routing

By using installation elements - standard width 200 mm - electrical cables and pipes up to 70 mm in diameter can be installed over a width of 150 mm. Switches, sockets and function switches can also be installed in the installation elements.

Advantages

  • All wall elements are planned and manufactured on a project-specific basis. There are no standard wall elements in stock. Element widths and heights can be designed variably.
  • With installation elements, a cavity of approx. 70 mm remains in the wall for installations.
  • Individual removal of each wall element possible.
  • Powder coating is applied after mechanical processing (punching, edging), i.e. reduced risk of surface damage - min. 64µm on average 80µm.
