Our apprentice, Fabian Riedl, enthusiastically took part in a seminar on "Entrepreneurial thinking for apprentices". This experience is not only interesting, but also incredibly educational and Fabian really enjoyed it. In this seminar, Fabian learned how companies work, what sick leave costs, where costs arise, how to conserve operational resources and much more. He developed a deeper understanding of how companies work and the role he can play as a future specialist. Participating in the seminar not only strengthens his entrepreneurial thinking, but also his self-confidence and self-esteem. Fabian recognizes his potential to develop innovative solutions and have a positive impact on his working environment.
Overall, participating in this seminar is a rewarding experience for our Fabian, which enriches him not only professionally but also personally.
