The ECOS team went on an exciting company outing to the sister plant of BINDER KfT and BINDER Bt in Hungary on September 29 and 30, 2023. During these two days, we were generously provided with lunch and dinner to keep our energy levels up. There, we had the opportunity to experience the impressive steel production and thin sheet production up close. CEO Martin Vollstuber personally guided us through the plant and gave us an insight into the company's processes and innovations. The owner, Sabine Binder, gave us a warm welcome and was delighted to welcome us to Hungary. We were impressed by the state-of-the-art machinery, which included laser cutting machines, welding robots, laser and bending systems, punching and bending systems and much more. It was obvious that safety, ergonomics and making work easier for employees are always at the forefront of BINDER's investments. Of course, there was no shortage of fun either. We enjoyed a relaxed time playing table tennis, Wuzzler and billiards, which further strengthened our team bond and cohesion. Overall, this company outing was an enriching experience that not only expanded our working knowledge, but also strengthened our team spirit and gave us the opportunity to get to know the people behind our sister plant BINDER better. We are grateful for this unique experience.
