Our company specialized in the planning, manufacturing and extension of cleanrooms. We are located at Kirchberg am Wagram (~70 km west of Vienna) and provide services to our customers in the pharma-, microelectronic- and automotiveindustry in Austria an all over Europe.
Cleanroom planning, production, construction
At ECOS our customers get cleanroom planning and cleanroom construction from one source. Already at the conception phase and at the planning phase we work in tight collaboration with our customers and their architects and technical planners. 3d models for collision testing and visualization can be exchanged in all formats. Every cleanroom is individually planned and realized according to customer specifications and project requirements.
We produce all necessary components (ceilings, doors, walls, …) and construction is done by our experienced assembly operators.
Partners / Suppliers / Subcontractors
When selecting partners and suppliers we use the highest quality standards. Therefore we exclusively work with partners that we have been working with for years and with whom we had only excellent experiences. This holds especially true for suppliers of automatic door drives, rapid rollers doors, sliding doors with or without fire safety capability, lighting etc.
Our cleanrooms, cleanroom ceilings, cleanroom door systems, cleanroom glazings, are used at positive and negative air pressure in different cleanroom classifications according to ISO 13644-1 (ISO 5 - ISO 9) or GMP Annex 1 (cleanroom class A to cleanroom class D).
Resistance to disinfectants
All edges are powdercoated after stamping to prevent bare or blank spots. Our system is therefore resistant to all usually used cleaning agents and disinfectants.
A list of all commercial cleaning agents and disinfectants that are useable in our cleanroom systems is readily available.
If your company plans to use certain types of cleaning agents or disinfectants we are happy to perform resistance tests on our powdercoating.
The technical university of Graz already conducted resistance tests of our cleanroom wall and cleanroom ceiling systems as well as the cleanroom silicone used in those components, concerning hydrogen peroxide (H2O2).
Leakage test / Blower Door Test
At our company location we built a model room which we use to test different types of cleanroom doors at various differences in pressure (10 - 100 Pascal) for tightness and leaks.
We are happy to provide those results to support your efforts to design the ventilation system.
A flexible System
Nearly all cleanroom processing components, cleanroom electronics and cleanroom sanitary components can be integrated into our cleanroom wall and cleanroom ceiling systems (flush-mounted or superimposed).
Cleanroom surfaces can be done in stainless steel V2A (1.4301) / V4A (1.4571) or with a RAL powder coating.
To produce airtight seals at the seams we exclusively use cleanroom silicone (certified by the “Hygiene-Institut”).
Qualification and Validation
We will deliver the necessary documentation, if possible, as necessary.
Fitted to customer requirements; Used in cleanroomclass A and upwards; with/without fire protection capabilities (standards E100 or E190).
In different grid dimensions available and either walkable/non-walkable. Available with water repellent or hygroscopic surface, pressure resistant up to +/- 300 Pa.
Nearly no restrictions regarding locking systems or automatization; with or without fire protection capabilities according to standards E100 or E190.
Solid wall (double glazing), full glass wall (single glazing)
Prefabricated steel monoblock partition system, impermeable sealing, the monoblock system achieves minimal space requirement. high combinability and usability
Our base system is easily extendable by using add-ons such as personal airlocks, material airlocks, media ducts etc.
