We are your partner as a cleanroom manufacturer from Austria. From our company location in Kirchberg am Wagram (approx. 70 km west of Vienna), we serve customers in Austria and throughout Europe from the pharmaceutical industry, laboratories, pharmacies, hospitals, microelectronics, automotive industry, etc.

Since our company was founded in 1997, we have implemented numerous projects of various sizes and can therefore draw on a wealth of experience as a cleanroom manufacturer. Our strengths include meeting the ever-increasing demands on cleanrooms in the best possible way and delivering high quality while remaining flexible.

General information

We plan, produce and assemble cleanrooms from a single source. The planning phase takes place in close cooperation with the end customer or architects and specialist planners, 3D models are created for visualization and collision checks.
Each Ecos cleanroom is manufactured individually according to customer specifications or the specifications of the architect or specialist planner.

The cleanroom walls and ceilings we create can be used flexibly; almost all process, sanitary or electrical components can be installed or integrated (surface-mounted / flush-mounted).

Cleanroom surfaces can be finished in stainless steel V2A (1.4301) / V4A (1.4571) or powder-coated in a wide range of RAL colors.

Partners / SUB companies / suppliers

We attach great importance to the highest possible quality of our cleanrooms and therefore purchase cleanroom components such as automatic door drives, high-speed roller shutters, sliding doors with / without fire protection requirements, lights, etc. exclusively from partners with whom we have been working for many years and have only had very good experiences.

Filter technology for cleanrooms, cleanroom furniture, cleanroom equipment, floors for cleanrooms (raised floors), cleanroom clothing and cleanroom equipment are not part of our product range, but can be supplied if required. If required, we can also put you in touch with our suppliers.

Cleanroom classes

Our cleanrooms / cleanroom ceilings / cleanroom doors / cleanroom glazing are used in the various cleanroom classes according to ISO 14644-1 (ISO 5 - ISO 9) or according to GMP guidelines Annex 1 (cleanroom class A to cleanroom class D) with positive and negative pressure.

Cleanroom filters / air filter boxes / cleanroom luminaires / cleanroom equipments

Whether cleanroom filters, air filter boxes or cleanroom luminaires, all cleanroom components are easily integrated flush into our cleanroom wall or cleanroom ceiling in consultation with the planner, and various equipment and process systems are taken into account during planning and production.

Monitoring components are built into the doors of our cleanrooms.

Leakage test / blower door test

In our sample room at our company site, we have tested a wide variety of cleanroom doors with different pressure differences / pressure levels (10 - 100 Pascal) for leaks. We are happy to provide you with these leakages when designing the ventilation system in the project planning.

Disinfection resistance (H2O2 hydrogen peroxide)

Cleanrooms are normally disinfected using conventional cleaning agents and disinfectants to which our system is resistant. In the production of cleanrooms, all cut edges are only powder-coated after punching, so no bare areas are visible.

If you wish to use special cleaning agents and/or disinfectants, we are happy to carry out resistance tests on the powder coating.

The powder coating of the cleanroom wall of our ceiling system, including the cleanroom silicone, has been tested for resistance to hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) by the Graz University of Technology.

We will be happy to provide you with a list of all commercially available cleaning agents and disinfectants to which our powder coating is resistant.

Cleanroom silicone

The airtight grouting in the production of cleanrooms is carried out exclusively with cleanroom silicone (naturally with a test certificate from the Hygiene Institute).
