Our company was founded in 1997 and specializes in the manufacture and installation of cleanrooms. Our company is based in Kirchberg am Wagram, approx. 70 km west of Vienna.

As a manufacturer of cleanrooms, we serve numerous customers in the pharmaceutical industry, medical technology, laboratories, hospitals, microelectronics, automotive industry, etc. We always attach great importance to the best possible quality while at the same time optimizing cleanroom costs and can implement every project with the greatest possible flexibility thanks to our many years of experience in the cleanroom sector.

General information

Ecos cleanrooms are individually planned and realized according to the client's specifications. In planning / engineering / project management, we support and advise the customer (also for special solutions) and work closely with clients, architects or specialist planners. This serves to optimize completion and reduce costs for the cleanroom.
3D models required for collision checks or visualization can be passed on to the customer.

Almost all process, electrical and sanitary components can be integrated into the cleanroom walls and ceilings (surface-mounted and/or flush-mounted).

The cleanroom surfaces can be powder-coated in stainless steel V2A (1.4301) / V4A (1.4571) or in a wide range of RAL colors.

Partners / SUB companies / suppliers

Special components for cleanrooms such as automatic door drives, high-speed doors, sliding doors with / without fire protection requirements, lights etc. are installed by selected partners. We attach great importance to the highest possible quality and only work with companies with whom we have many years of excellent experience.

Additional components such as cleanroom filter technology, cleanroom equipment, cleanroom furniture, cleanroom floors (raised floors), cleanroom clothing or cleanroom equipment are not part of our product portfolio, but can be supplied. If required, we will be happy to recommend our suppliers.

Cleanroom classes

Our cleanrooms / cleanroom ceilings / cleanroom doors / cleanroom glazing are used in the various cleanroom classes according to ISO 14644-1 (ISO 5 - ISO 9) or according to GMP guidelines Annex 1 (cleanroom class A to cleanroom class D) with positive and negative pressure.

Filters / air filter boxes / lights / equipment for cleanrooms

All cleanroom components (cleanroom filters, air filter boxes, lights for cleanrooms...) are easily integrated flush into our cleanroom wall or cleanroom ceiling in consultation with the planner.

Components that are subsequently connected to the monitoring system are also installed in the cleanroom doors.

Various other equipment for cleanrooms and process plants are taken into account in the planning of our cleanroom system.

Leakage test / blower door test

In the sample room at our site, we have tested a wide variety of clean room doors with different pressure differences / pressure levels (10 - 100 Pascal) for leaks. We can provide you with these leakages when designing the ventilation system in the project planning.

Disinfection resistance (H2O2 hydrogen peroxide)

Disinfection of the clean rooms is usually carried out with conventional cleaning agents and disinfectants to which our system is resistant, as all cut edges are only powder-coated after punching and therefore no bare areas are visible.

If you wish to use special cleaning agents and disinfectants, we can carry out resistance tests on the powder coating.

The powder coating of the cleanroom wall and ceiling system, including the cleanroom silicone, has been tested for resistance to hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) by Graz University of Technology. A list of commercially available cleaning agents and disinfectants to which our powder coating is resistant can be requested on request.

Cleanroom silicone

Only cleanroom silicone is used for airtight grouting, naturally with a test certificate from the Hygiene Institute.

Qualification and validation

We provide the necessary documentation in advance as far as possible.
