cleanroom walls EI90 and F0

The VS-T2000-partition system has all the opportunities to the space division in production of the pharmaceutical industry, food manufacturing and microelectronics.
The comprehensive approach of our system on the basis of metal partitions in monoblock design sets the stage with all the requirements of the clean room areas. An industrial, quality-controlled production, minimum number of joints and homogeneous surfaces ensure the high product quality.
By-house planning and production to the internal assembly and final assembly suburb can be efficiently and quickly realized individual special solutions to customers.

FEATURES AND ADVANTAGES

  • EI90 fire walls (not supporting) height till 4.0 m and thickness 90mm (in the band frame system), no optical difference to the F0 clean room wall;tested and approved acc. EN 1364-1 / EN 1363-1
  • flush surface
  • exclusion of hidden, accessible from the outside wall cavities
  • flush base design in different cross-sections and materials
  • Smooth surface coating
  • Epoxy paint or epoxy-polyester blend quality in the stoving process
  • individual solutions
  • GMP-compliant wall and ceiling construction
  • Pressure difference p of 10 Pa to 600 Pa
  • chemicals and disinfectant resistance (H2O2 resistance, certified by the Technical University of Graz)
  • decontamination
  • strong mechanical properties
  • Good electrical conductivity
  • Optional anti-static coating

DESCRIPTION

Industrially prefabricated, dimensionally stable mono-block metal wall system in axial- or bandframe system respectively 3 mm gap at the panel joint. The floor and ceiling rails tolerances + / - 20 mm. The wall elements are not uptight and can as required for installation purposes are also open on one side without injure the seal of the opposite side.
The mono-block element consists of two steel shells, 1 mm thick glued in Gypsum wallboard with thickness of 9.5 mm and laminated with aluminium foil back or on customer's lightweight aluminium panels bonded. The shells are connected by lateral profiles to the mono-block element.

      PLANKING / SURFACE

High quality steel-sheets, if desired electrolytically or galvanized be under the
machining cleaned, phosphated and passivated with a layer thickness of 80 microns coated electrostatically. The surface is totally smooth running with low gloss. The corresponding paint quality is determined by the cleaning technology and possibly appearing aggressive media. The surface is resistant to the repeated cleaning with commercially available disinfectants in aqueous solution.
The surfaces can be executed, depending on space requirements in either stainless steel (brushed 2j or Ground K320) or powder-coated (glossy / matt, fine structure, anti-static, and so on) and can individually be combined.

      PEDESTAL REALIZATION

Versions of the pedestal profiles are based on the specific needs of each potential area in numerous variants.
      Prepared for epoxy or PVC-traction
      Flush with powder coating
Special version in stainless steel or with flush stainless steel plinth

    CHARACTERISTICS AND ATTRIBUTES

    NOISE PROTECTION – DIN 4109

Sonic measurements have been made acc. to Austrian and German standards ( DIN 52210) and following values due to kind of component (on base of 90mm wall thickness):
    complete wall                             47 - 50 dB Rw
    glass wall                                   42 - 48 dB Rw
complete wall with closed door: 37 - 41 dB Rw

    FIRE PROTECTION – EN1634-1 / EN 1363-1

tested and approved acc. EN1634-1max. wall height up to 4.0 m; higher than 4,0m possible in combination with gypsumRun in linear grid systemVisually no difference to F0 clean room wall, because the design differs only from the inside

    HUMIDITY ATTITUDES

Material and construction not hydroscopic (humidity), therefore constant, moderate, regular in quality.

    THERMAL RESTRAINING DIN 4108

    Thermal resistance approx. K=0,48 W/m² K (90mm wall thickness)

    THIGHTNESS

Measurements available. Property calculations will be made after detailed wall definition. For example: complete wall 5x3m, 3 element joints, 2 wall connections, Pedestal and ceiling connection by Ap = 50 Pa: Q = 12 m3/h
    Door leaf and frame: Q = 15 m3/h
    permissible pressure till 600 Pa

    INSTALLATION AND ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT

E.g. Electric cables and pipes up to 60 mm behind mounting shells, available in a floor- or ceiling rail, in the profiles joints (bandframe) possible during resp. mounting. Installation of switches and sockets as well as small equipment for control systems in the element and in the bandframe joints.

    REINFORCEMENTS

Internal reinforcements for installation of wall mounted components (for example: washbasin, console, drive units, wall-mounted cabinets and so on).

    RADIATION PROTECTION

Special design acc. to grade of protection and requirements possible.
